Introducing Modu Monday, a new dinner service at Bonyeon! Modu (모두) means “everyone” or “all” in Korean, representing our goal of bringing our diners together for an unforgettable meal at the chef’s counter. This new Monday special allows us to share a different side of Bonyeon, one that’s approachable with a lower price point and inspired by Korean comfort classics, but still crafted with the same care and attention to detail.
Dishes include the classic Korean Army Soup with succulent short rib and a housemade chili crisp, a chef-curated Korean barbecue ssam selection with choice steak and pork cuts, fried quail karagee, and a decadent kumquat and ginger beer dessert. Priced at $95 per guest, this intimate experience is perfect for those looking to indulge in Bonyeon’s unique expressions of Korean flavors and enjoy classic comfort dishes merged with refined dining techniques.
